Return Policy

1. Refunds or returns are not supported after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem. Returns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons such as "change of mind" or "not getting the target in Blind Box products".

2. I do my best to pack my products carefully, but I cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to shipping. I want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond my control. I am only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box and I always check before shipping for the confirmed products.

3. Please note that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.

4. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 48 hours from the receipt of our item, any request after 48 hours will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (admin@rossysfinds.com).
